A DISABILITY DOES NOT HAVE TO LIMIT A CHILD FROM RIDING A HORSE!

Lisa has extensive experience with special needs riders and has been highly successful with strength and conditioning for people with disabilities. Horseback riding provides numerous benefits that contribute to the positive development of physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of an individual. The horse's natural motion, similar to a human gait, requires the riders body to move rhythmically with the animal building muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. Increased independence, self-worth, and positive socialization skills are a direct result of equitation. Lessons are $55/hour and always private.
